Gordon's Story

When his job started to take him away from home, he realised that if he stopped spending so much on cigarettes, he would be able to change jobs and be at home more.

For support, Gordon visited a local community club that specialised in helping people stop smoking. Within 3 weeks, he was fully smoke free, and all the carbon had cleared from his lungs.
