Sharon started smoking after she turned 18 until the 2007 smoking ban. However, she found herself relapsing over the years and started smoking more and more throughout lockdown.

She grew tired of how much smoking was costing her and her husband and their lack of quality time together.
Along with a progressively worse smoker’s cough, she decided enough was enough. She leant on her husband and a local support organisation for help and access to nicotine replacement therapies.
To keep her motivated, she opened a holiday fund and saved the money she would have spent on smoking and is now enjoying 5-6 holidays a year! Listen to her story.
